In northeast Kansas, Brown, Jackson, Jefferson, Nemaha and Pottawatomie. * WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Recent thunderstorm activity has caused soils to become more saturated. Additional rainfall, which could be heavy at times, may cause more flooding in addition to what is ongoing. You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood Warnings.
