blizzard warning in effect Blizzard conditions continue today. Strong northwesterly winds gusting to 70 km/h will develop this morning. These winds will combine with falling snow to give blizzard conditions. Conditions are expected to improve Saturday evening as the system exits the area. ### Travel is expected to be hazardous due to reduced visibility. Visibility will be suddenly reduced to near zero at times in heavy snow and blowing snow. Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada.
