yellow warning - severe thunderstorm - in effect At 1:27 a.m. CDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing damaging wind gusts, up to quarter size hail and heavy rain. Thunderstorm Location: Along a line from west of Nopiming Provincial Park to Minnesota. Motion: Moving east at 50 km/h Locations in the Path: Pinawa Sprague Lake of the Woods Kenora ### Damage to roofs, fences, soft shelters or trees is likely. Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain. Take immediate cover if a thunderstorm approaches. If outside, protect yourself from flying debris and hail. Don't drive through flooded roadways.
