General Flood Advisory Under present weather conditions, At 3:00 PM today, the center of the eye of Super Typhoon "INDAY" {BAVI} was estimated based on all available data at 1,195 km East of Northern Luzon (17.0°N, 132.9°E) with maximum sustained winds of 195 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 240 km/h. It is moving Westward at 20 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Visayas and Mindanao. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is moderate to occasionally heavy rains . WATERCOURSES STILL LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **Lanao Del Sur** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Dapao and Matling. + **North Cotabato** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Libungan, Malasila, Toliman-Dunakling, Maridagao, Kabacan, Muleta, Arakan, Kulaman, Upper Mlang and Pulangi. + **Basilan** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Gubauan and Kumalarang. + **Sulu** - All rivers and its tributaries + **Maguindanao** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Nituan, Mindanao, Dalican, Allah, Buluan, Matuber, Mlang and Lower Mlang. + **Tawi-tawi** - All rivers and its tributaries People living near the mountain slopes and in the low lying areas of the above mentioned river systems and the **Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils** concerned still advised to be alert for possible flashfloods and landslides.
