General Flood Advisory Under present weather conditions, At 3:00 AM today, the center of Typhoon "INDAY" {BAVI} was estimated based on all available data at 490 km Northeast of Itbayat, Batanes (23.9°N, 125.2°E) with maximum sustained winds of 140 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 170 km/h. It is moving Northwestward at 20 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Central and Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is moderate to occasionally heavy rains . WATERCOURSES STILL LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED : + **Bataan** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Balanga and Morong. + **Zambales** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Pamatawan, Sto. Tomas, Bucao, Bancal and Lawis. + **Aurora** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Casiguran, Aguang and Lower Umiray. People living near the mountain slopes and in the low lying areas of the above mentioned river systems and the **Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils** concerned still advised to take appropriate actions.
