Southwest Monsoon affecting the western section of Northern Luzon. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is light rains or thunderstorms. WATERCOURSES NO LONGER TO BE AFFECTED : + **La Union** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Amburayan, Baroro, Lower Bauang and Aringay. + **Ilocos Sur** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Lower Abra, Silay-Sta. Maria, Buaya, and Amburayan. + **Ilocos Norte** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Bulu, Banban, Bacarra-Vintar, Laoag and Quiaoit. With this development and unless significant rain occurs, this is the final general flood advisory for this event.
