พื้นที่เสี่ยงภัยฝนตกหนักมาก มรสุมตะวันตกเฉียงใต้ที่พัดปกคลุมทะเลอันดามัน ประเทศไทย และอ่าวไทยมีกำลังค่อนข้างแรง ประกอบกับแนวร่องมรสุมพาดผ่านภาคเหนือ และภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน เข้าสู่หย่อมความกดอากาศต่ำบริเวณชายฝั่งประเทศเวียดนามตอนบน ลักษณะเช่นนี้ทำให้ประเทศไทยมีฝนตกหนักหลายพื้นที่ โดยมีฝนตกหนักมากบางแห่งในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ภาคตะวันออก และภาคใต้ฝั่งตะวันตก ขอให้ประชาชนในบริเวณดังกล่าวระวังอันตรายจากฝนตกหนักถึงหนักมากและฝนที่ตกสะสม ซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดน้ำท่วมฉับพลันและน้ำป่าไหลหลาก โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ลาดเชิงเขาใกล้ทางน้ำไหลผ่านและพื้นที่ลุ่มไว้ด้วย ขอให้ชาวเรือบริเวณทะเลอันดามันและอ่าวไทยเดินเรือด้วยความระมัดระวังและหลีกเลี่ยงการเดินเรือในบริเวณที่มีฝนฟ้าคะนองไว้ด้วย สำหรับเรือเล็กบริเวณทะเลอันดามันควรงดจากฝั่ง

Very heavy rain risk areas The rather strong southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea, Thailand and the Gulf while the monsoon trough lies across the North and the upper Northeast into the low pressure cell over the coastal upper Vietnam. Isolated heavy rains are likely in the country with isolated very heavy rains in the Northeast, the East and the South (west coast) regions. People in the East and the South (west coast) should beware of heavy rains and accumulations that may cause flash flood and overflows, especially along foothills near waterways and lowlands. All ships in the Gulf and the Andaman Sea should proceed with caution and keep off thundershowers. Small boat in the Andaman Sea should keep ashore.
