IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Excessive cloud-to-ground lightning is occurring. Minor flooding due to heavy rainfall is possible. Locations impacted include... Starke, Sampson, and Hampton. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
