Several roads are closed in the warning area and are expected to remain so for several more hours. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... St. Joseph, Atchison, Savannah, Gallatin, Wathena, Elwood, Mound City, Maysville, Highland, Troy, Country Club Villa, Country Club, King City, Oregon, Agency, Jamesport, Union Star, Gilman City, Pattonsburg and Amazonia. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
