Tornado Watch issued April 26 at 2:12PM CDT until April 26 at 9:00PM CDT by NWS Wichita KS THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED TORNADO WATCH 141 IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM CDT THIS EVENING FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS IN KANSAS THIS WATCH INCLUDES 10 COUNTIES IN SOUTH CENTRAL KANSAS COWLEY IN SOUTHEAST KANSAS ALLEN CHAUTAUQUA ELK GREENWOOD LABETTE MONTGOMERY NEOSHO WILSON WOODSON THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF ARKANSAS CITY, CEDAR VALE, CHANUTE, COFFEYVILLE, EUREKA, FREDONIA, GRENOLA, HOWARD, HUMBOLDT, INDEPENDENCE, IOLA, LONGTON, MADISON, MOLINE, NEODESHA, PARSONS, SEDAN, WINFIELD, AND YATES CENTER.

In South Central Kansas, Butler and Cowley. In Southeast Kansas, Allen, Chautauqua, Elk, Greenwood, Labette, Montgomery, Neosho, Wilson and Woodson. * WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through Sunday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared to take action should flooding develop. Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around, don't drown.
