In north central Kentucky, Breckinridge, Bullitt, Hardin, Larue, Meade, Nelson and Washington KY. In northwest Kentucky, Hancock and Ohio. In south central Kentucky, Adair, Allen, Barren, Butler, Casey, Clinton, Cumberland, Edmonson, Grayson, Green, Hart, Lincoln, Logan, Marion, Metcalfe, Monroe, Russell, Simpson, Taylor and Warren. * WHEN...Until 11 AM CDT /noon EDT/ this morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Northeastern Ohio County in central Kentucky... * Until 1100 AM CDT. * At 857 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Leitchfield, Clarkson, Fordsville, Concord, Falling Branch, Hickory Corner, Cannons Point, Hinton Hills, Dempster and Axtel. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
