Movement was northeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Lafayette, Catahoula, Breaux Bridge, St. Martinville, Krotz Springs, Leonville, Arnaudville, Broussard, Youngsville, Port Barre, Henderson, Cade, Butte La Rose, Cecilia, Atchafalaya National Wildlife Refuge, Atchafalaya Welcome Center, and Parks. This includes Interstate 10 in Louisiana between mile markers 105 and 126. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... Breaux Bridge, Krotz Springs, Leonville, Arnaudville, Henderson, Cecilia, Atchafalaya Welcome Center, and Atchafalaya National Wildlife Refuge. For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building. Large hail, damaging wind, and continuous cloud to ground lightning are occurring with this storm.
