Big Black River Near Bovina affecting Warren and Hinds Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Big Black River near Bovina. * WHEN...Until Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...At 32.0 feet, Several access roads along and near the river are under water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:15 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 27.2 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late this evening to 28.7 feet tomorrow morning. - Flood stage is 28.0 feet. Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
