Flooding is already occurring. Between 2 and 7 inches of rain have fallen over the past 24 hours. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area later today. Thompson River at Trenton affecting Grundy and Livingston Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Thompson River at Trenton. * WHEN...From this afternoon to Saturday evening. * IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, Low lying areas north of the gage are flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 27.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 27.8 feet tomorrow morning.
