In east central Missouri, Phelps. In south central Missouri, Dent, Howell, Oregon, Shannon and Texas. * WHEN...Through Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of showers and thunderstorms may produce heavy rainfall and localized areas of up to 4 to 7 inches of rain in short spans of time.
