Water will reach the base of the floodgates at Carr Street at 35 feet, and at Poplar Street at 36.5 feet. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 27.5 feet and rising. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning to a crest of 32.0 feet Thursday morning.
