Some rural roads near the river begin to flood. Very minor flooding begins in Winnemucca with storm drain backups, and the lowest parts of town begin to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:15 PM PDT Sunday the stage was 9.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 8.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening and continue rising to 10.2 feet early Thursday morning.
