Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and occasional thunderstorms with high amounts of moisture are expected to move through the area this afternoon and tonight. These showers and storms will have the potential to produce 1 to 2 inches of rainfall per hour. These rates could result in flash flooding mainly over urban and poor drainage areas, but may also cause smaller streams and creeks to flood.
