Any dry lightning strikes that occur over west central New Mexico Monday may result in fire starts that rapidly spread Tuesday. The National Weather Service in Albuquerque NM has issued a Red Flag Warning in effect from noon to 9 PM MDT Tuesday. * AFFECTED AREA...Northwest Plateau (Zone 101). * TIMING...From noon to 9 PM MDT Tuesday. * 20 FOOT WINDS...Southwest winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Relative Humidity between 5 to 13 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly.
