East Central Sheridan County in south central North Dakota... Western Wells County in south central North Dakota... * Until 830 PM CDT. * At 733 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 10 miles south of Martin, or 12 miles southwest of Harvey, moving southeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...Golf ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... Goodrich, Hurdsfield, Chaseley and Sheyenne Lake. Anyone outdoors should move to shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from windows. This storm is capable of producing dangerous hail and damaging winds.

HAZARD...Golf ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Goodrich and Denhoff. Anyone outdoors should move to shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from windows. This storm is capable of producing dangerous hail and damaging winds. Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe thunderstorms. Seek shelter immediately in an interior room on the lowest floor of a well-built structure.

High temperatures will range from around 92 to 102 Saturday, 97 to 107 on Sunday, and 95 to 105 on Monday. * WHERE...All of western and central North Dakota including the James River Valley. * WHEN...From Saturday afternoon through late Monday night. * IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Overnight low temperatures will only drop to around 70 degrees, providing little relief from the heat.
