Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat stroke.

Flood Advisory issued June 10 at 12:49AM EDT until June 10 at 3:45AM EDT by NWS Cleveland OH * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of north central Ohio, including the following county, Erie. * WHEN...Until 345 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1249 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sandusky, Western Vermilion, Northern Milan, Milan, Castalia, Berlin Heights, Bay View, Fairview Lanes, Sandusky South, Bloomingville and Birmingham. - Please visit www.weather.gov/safety/flood for flood safety and preparedness information.
