Flood Watch issued July 6 at 2:08PM EDT until July 6 at 11:00PM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA * WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, including the following counties, Belmont, Coshocton, Guernsey, Harrison, Monroe, Muskingum, Noble and Tuscarawas, southwest Pennsylvania, including the following county, Greene, and the northern panhandle of West Virginia, including the following counties, Marshall and Ohio. * WHEN...Until 11 PM EDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
