In northeast Oklahoma, Craig, Creek, Delaware, Mayes, Nowata, Okmulgee, Osage, Ottawa, Pawnee, Rogers, Tulsa, Wagoner and Washington OK. In southeast Oklahoma, McIntosh and Pittsburg. * WHEN...From 4 PM CDT this afternoon through Sunday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms are expected to develop to the west of the area this afternoon and increase in areal coverage and intensity as they move into eastern Oklahoma this evening and continue into the overnight hours. Neosho River near Commerce affecting Ottawa County. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Neosho River near Commerce. * WHEN...From Sunday morning to early Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 21.0 feet, moderate agricultural flooding occurs. Some roads within Riverview Park become flooded including State Highway 125 near the fairgrounds. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:30 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 10.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage Sunday morning to a crest of 21.0 feet Monday morning.
