Gusts will be as high as 50 mph this afternoon and evening, and remain as high as 40 mph Sunday afternoon and evening. Winds will decrease but remain elevated tonight. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 5 to 10 percent each afternoon and evening. Overnight recovery remain poor tonight. * IMPACTS...Critical fire weather conditions are expected. Any new fire starts or existing fires may spread rapidly. A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now...or are imminent.
